our Mission Statement on the home page. The owner, Dale Cochrane, brings over
18 years of direct
client interface and training experience as well as over 16 years of seasoned
hardware/software installation and testing experience from a diverse background
of industries nationwide and abroad such as:

Hospitality, Power Generation (Nuclear, Fossil, Hydro, Co-generation), Chemical,
Petro-Chemical, Pulp and Paper, Bottling, Plastics Processing, Automotive, Water,
Electric, and Gas Utilities, Authorities, Municipalities, and Provinces/Villages
and many other miscellaneous areas of business.
Dale has worked directly with as well as trained hundreds
of: END USERS such as: Employees, Administrative
Assistants, Supervisors, Department Managers, and Executive/Upper Level
Management. Because of Dale's experience, he understands how vulnerable you
feel when faced with new and different challenges, therefore, quickly adapting to YOUR needs. His methods will give you the basics in getting started in
